Hypnotherapy

Linda designs each session to suit the needs of each individual, to help each person reach their potential. We are all different and unique so how hypnotherapy may help someone cannot be simply captured in a list. However, to give a flavour, some examples of how hypnotherapy may help includes developing strategies to deal with stress, anxiety, panic, phobias, unwanted habits (like smoking), changing sleep patterns, improving confidence and self esteem, dealing with fear of tests, exams, or public speaking. Managing some physical health conditions such as allergies, skin disorders, migraine and and irritable bowel syndrome may also be helped. 

Linda Birnie is registered with The General Hypnotherapy Register and General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. The leaflet in the link below provides information about hypnotherapy.

Sessions are available face to face from my base at the Sutherland Osteopathic Clinic in City Centre Inverness (with the relevant safeguards in the light of Covid-19), or via a virtual video link.

An initial discussion is free of charge, with no obligation. Linda can then provide more information about what may be helpful in your particular situation. You are then welcome to consider whether you then wish to book a session.
